Chinese Dragon Cake

Made this cake for my sons 16th Birthday.  Those scales were amazing!  Such a fun cake to make!

I made this one for my daughters birthday. I was practicing for a wedding cake. So the pink one is my daughters cake, the green one is the wedding cake. Which one do you like?  This cake is a particular challenge to make but I love the over all affect of a rose blooming.

My 100 Cake. My sons class celebrated the 100th day of school. This is the cake I made for the celebration. Ther are 100 sweedish fish in the fish bowl. The kids loved the cake.

So this is a cake I made for my niece. The lilies were a challenge, But I was peased with how they turned out.

Remeber the cake called Peach Petunias? Well she got married and I got to make her wedding cake. This is what she asked for. I think it was beautiful

It's a Bunt "Boont?" "Bunte" (My Big Fat Greek Wedding)

When my husband turned 40 I made him a "Big Fat Greek Wedding" cake. I "fixed" the hole by putting flowers in it. ;)
